I have a four year old with a super active imagination, lots of dolls and stuffies. She is starting to get the hang of consistent rules and rulesets. What games — board games and rpg games — do you recommend for a little poo?

There is apparently a Carcasonne for kids, and I can see no way that is not awesome.
Hungry Hungry Hippos
Funagain.com has a whole kids section broken down by ages, so if you want to experiment with wacky german games, lots of options there too.
